About the story

Yesterday, Baron Sedric carried his sister's body home. This morning, Rin is standing in his doorway, asking why he missed breakfast. She doesn't remember dying. Neither does the guard captain who told him she was gone. Her killer does. And he doesn't seem sorry, just curious about whether she woke up before Sedric did.
